So I am dealing with a situation currently that involves a lot of old emotions and feelings that are from the past but coming up in the present. There was a lot of negativity in the past and thus in the new and now the old negative energy comes back, through everyday actions and such. I try to be as aware as possible and to release these things but there are many and it creates tension as they come up. Does anyone have any suggestions that would help facilitate release of old emotions and patterns and creating new energy to fill the void?

From Bach or Healing Herbs you might consider Chestnut Bud which helps when you find yourself repeating old habits that are no longer desired.
North American Flower Essence Services does lots of wonderful essences - so many it can take some time to sort out which ones. If the old emotions are causing physical tension you might consider Dandelion or Yerba Santa.
I find flower essences provide wonderful assistance to the psyche and emotions when going through transitions or troubles.

It's interesting that when we feel stagnant is usually when we are gathering steam to propel forward....never in stagnation...i appreciate the feedback though -

Sun, September 21, 2008 - 8:40 PMI was thinking more and i wanted to reply more, i really appreciate the suggestion of the flower essences. I actually have never tried them but have a friend that does them with people to work through emotional issues. I am curious about them.
Also i remembered the situation this revolved around. It's interesting to look back at that time.
Really i have found that through keeping things in perspective overall and at the same time doing my best to deal with old emotions in a truthful productive way I'm able to move through such things. Having support is also really helpful. I find that in working with a counselor, or having amazing friends to speak with while using my own set of tools the results are pretty amazing.
